About Kasey
Kasey Cotulla is a California businessman, and he’s as surprised and skeptical as anyone at the success he’s enjoyed.
After serving as president for one of the largest commercial printers in the Sacramento area, Kasey decided he was ready for a new challenge. In 2008, he joined Delta Web Printing as a minority partner and became a business owner. His experience in print operations, customer relations, and business management contributed to substantial growth for Delta Web Printing. Building on their success, Kasey and his partners continued to expand, acquiring River City Printers, Paul Baker Printing, Citra Communications, and Metro Mailing Service, Inc. over the years. Under his leadership, this collection of full-service companies continues to thrive, eventually assembling under one name, Delta Print Group. Kasey’s drive and focus have advanced his career, and his ability to choose the right people to create successful teams is one of his greatest assets. He attributes his success to those he works with and those who work for him. Kasey has achieved a lot throughout his career, but he considers his greatest accomplishment to be owning a printing company with an elevator.
Kasey strives to be a disruptive force in his industry. In his downtime, he likes to relax by watching English Premier League Soccer or gaming on his Xbox.

Delta Web has been in operation for more than 20 years in West Sacramento, CA. The company produces a range of books and booklets. The primary customer base comes from health care, insurance, educational, and government-supported printing.

River City Printers is a commercial printing and direct mail producer in Rancho Cordova, CA. In addition to production of self-mailers, postcards, point-of-purchase signage and more, River City is a union facility with a long track record of political and election printing.

Metro Print and Mail Service
Metro Print and Mail Service has served the greater Sacramento area since it opened its doors in March of 1987. Metro has continued to keep the same integrity and service since opening day. Within two years the business grew exponentially and Metro staffed more than 40 employees. Metro Mailing Service provided complete mailing services for all classes and types of mailings.

Delta Print Group is a consolidation of five of the finest local Print Shops and Mailing Service Providers in the Sacramento area under one brand. The affiliated companies of Delta Print Group represent one of the largest collections of independently owned print and mail operations in Northern California. The companies have been incrementally consolidated into one facility. The consolidation was completed in the spring of 2020.
